Über die Veranstaltung

Learn how to restore your feet and hips and the skills required to start running barefoot or in minimal cushioning footwear. Running is a skill, and like any skill it can be taught.  However, modern life has meant that our feet and hips in particular cannot perform these skills very well due to lack of strength, stability and mobility.  Switching to barefoot can be a long process and potentially hazardous without guidance.  It is however a process absolutely worth doing for longevity of moving well! Led by Physio, Running Technique Specialist and Foot Collective Foot Nerd - Michael Levack, this is an opportunity to improve your body and running form and learn from the experts how to restore and maintain your body and running form. Not just for barefoot runners however, these skills can and should be applied no matter what you wear on your feet.
