Movement, Mobility and Strength Requirements for Pain free Running
This workshop allows me to deliver a hands on session where anyone willing to join me can learn and more importantly experience restoring and rewiring the necessary movement, mobility and strength involved in running.
Its a single day 3 hour workshop which covers a basic understanding of the mechanics of running and the forces at work that prevent you running optimally/injuring you. Much of the workshop is practical, working on techniques to improve ankle and hip mobility and strength, the basics of running technique and a practical guide to help you improve and maintain your body.
The Ready to Run Workshop is a fantastic optional extra if you are thinking of or have already taken part in a running technique programme.
